Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition 1st petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and 2nd to 5th petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on the first and third Monday of every month until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.13860 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14556 of 2023 in order dated 04.09.2023. ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 1st petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and 2nd to 5th petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on the first and third Monday of every month until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.13860 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14556 of 2023 in order dated 04.09.2023.

police would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.4(b) on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14556 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023, subsequently modified on 04.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13860 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14556 of 2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 19.02.2025 dk SUNDER MOHAN, J.
