2. Pursuant to the mediation, a report has been received from the District Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The said report dated 18.12.2020 indicates that the case has been settled pursuant to mediation. Accordingly, both W.A.No.1380 of 2013 and W.P.No.17761 of 2019 are closed as settled in mediation. Consequently, W.M.P.No.17174 of 2019 is also closed. There will be no order as to costs.
