A compromise was recorded by this Court on 17.02.2020, under which, the petitioner herein has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- in three instalments as follows:- i) Rs.3,00,000/- on or before 17.05.2020.

ii) Rs.2,00,000/- on or before 17.07.2020.

iii) Rs.2,00,000/- on or before 17.09.2020.

2.The payments were not made as agreed to, the petitioner has come up with this petition for extension of time. We had required the petitioner's counsel to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- by today to show his bonafides. The learned counsel today reports that despite his repeated calls, the petitioner has not responded. Hence, this petition is dismissed. (R.S.M., J.)
