ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in para No.6(c) in the order dated 01.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.Noi.23254 of 2018 is confirmed by this Court while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.30378 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024.

ah 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
