Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus, direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of application filed under section 14 of SARFAESI Act on 23.3.2020 (in WP.No.1728 of 2021).
Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.L.GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.VIJAYAKUNAR, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the 1st respondent, the court made the following order:- The writ petition has already been disposed of by an order dated January 29, 2021. Judicial Magistrate seeks extension of time to comply with the order.
2. The request for enlargement of time is granted by permitting the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem, to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, within a period of four weeks from date. Such extension is peremptory. 3.W.P.No.1728 of 2021 should be recorded as having been disposed of.
