C.M.P.No. 1237 of 2022 in T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

Earlier, this Court, by an order dated 31.07.2018 allowed the above Civil Revision Petition by setting aside the order dated 06.07.2016 made in I.A.No.96 of 2015 on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of I.A.No.96 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif Court, Hosur on or before 24.08.2018. As the petitioner unable to deposit the amount within time as per the order of this court, he has filed this C.M.P. seeking to extend for further time.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for petitioner appeared and submitted that the petitioner had fallen, thereby, a fracture in his both legs, due to which, he unable to walk or move and he was under treatment. Accordingly, he unable to arrange such huge amount immediately and the delay is neither willful nor wanton. Now he is ready to deposit the same. Hence, he seeks further time to deposit the amount.

3. Considering his request, time is extended for the period of four weeks to deposit the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of I.A.No.96 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif Court, Hosur from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
