COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the orders passed by the Trial court in I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 in HMOP No.803 of 2023.

2. In these civil revision petitions, the petitioner failed to include the fair and decreetal orders passed in I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 in HMOP No.803 of 2023. Hence, this court, by order order dated 09.02.2026, called for remarks from the Trial Court as to whether any fair order was passed in I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 in HMOP No.803 of 2023 on 28.10.2025, while dismissing the interlocutory applications.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, in his letter in D.No.112/2026 dated 13.02.2026 stated that common fair order has been passed in I.A.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2025 in HMOP No.803 of 2023 on 28.10.2025 and he also enclosed a Xerox copy of the common fair order passed in the said applications. When fair order has been passed by the concerned court, the petitioner should obtain a certified copy of the fair and order and file the same along with the civil revision papers. Without filing the certified copies of the fair order, the petitioner is not entitled to seek revision of the order, by producing the docket order passed by the trial court.

4. Accordingly, these civil revision petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the fair order passed in I.A.No.1 and 2 of 2025 in HMOP No.803 of 2023 dated 28.10.2025.
