Both the learned counsel are present in the physical hearing and also appeared through Video Conferencing.

2. The matter is taken up with a hyper mood and the memo of compromise is filed and the same is taken on file and this Second Appeal is to be withdrawn and dismissed subject to the conditions 1 to 3 mentioned in the memo of compromise.

3. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the memo of compromise. The memo of compromise shall form part of the decree. No costs.
