ORDER
[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue viz., Kanimozhi, W/o.Jagadhesan, aged 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty and hand over to the petitioner. 2.
It is the case of the petitioner that he got married https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to Kanimozhi, aged about 22 years, on 09.06.2021 and now, she is in the illegal custody of her parents.

Today Kanimozhi appeared before this Court via video conferencing and stated that she is 23 years old and she is not under the illegal custody of her parents. She further stated that she has filed a case against the petitioner in Thiruvarur Court, but, the same is yet to be numbered.

We are convinced that Kanimozhi is aged about 23 years and she is living with her own free will and not kept under detention by her parents, for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus.
