ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.15708 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24006 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.3 in the order dated 14.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.15708 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24006 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, on 12.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
