The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the order passed in E.A.No.95 of 2018 in E.P.No.8 of 2017 in O.S.No.119 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Gobichettipalayam. 2.The said application has been filed to summon the Manager of the L.I.C. Housing Finance and to mark certain documents on the side of the

Judgment Debtor. The suit has attained its finality and the matter is pending for execution. At this stage, the petitioner has come forward the application, which has been rightly dismissed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Gobichettipalayam. The Court has held that, it is very much open to the Judgment Debtor to prove the same, by filing necessary documents and there is no necessity to issue summons to the Manager of the LIC Housing Finance. 3.I find no infirmity in the order passed by the learned Judge and therefore, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
