This Court admitted the appeal on 21.07.2009 and ordering notice to the respondents.
2. The matter was listed thereafter on 20.01.2020, ordering private notice to the respondents. Once again on 26.02.2021, the matter was listed and this Court permitted the appellant to take Private notice to the respondents through Registered Post or through E-mail or through any other electronic modes of communication and for the past about 11 years, notice has not been served to the respondents, even an opportunity was given by this Court to serve notice privately.
3. The appellant has not served notice to the respondents. Private Notice was returned with an endorsement that 'No such Person'. Thus, this Court is not inclined to keep the appeal pending any further.
