ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 419, 465 and 468 of IPC in Crime No. 206 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in this Anticipatory Bail application has been secured by the respondent police and he has been remanded to Judicial Custody. The Submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner is recorded and in view of the same, the prayer sought in this application has become infructuous.
