ORDER

This Civil Revision petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Trial Court, directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month as maintenance to the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been paying interim maintenance at Rs.10,000/- per month to the respondent, as per the interim order passed by this court in this revision petition on 22.01.2024.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- before the Sub Court, Thiruvotriyur to the credit of HMOP No.191 of 2022 towards arrears of maintenance and hence, the respondent may be permitted to withdraw the said amount.

4. In view of the compliance of the conditions of the interim order dated 22.01.2024, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,10,000/- deposited by the petitioner before the Sub Court, Thiruvotriyur.

5. The learned counsel appearing for both the parties agreed that they are ready to get along with the matter before the Trial Court.

6. In view of the consensus reached between the parties, this court is inclined to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruvotriyur to dispose of the main HMOP No.191 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. Pending disposal of the said original petition, the petitioner shall continue to pay interim maintenance at Rs.10,000/- per month to the respondent. 2 of Page 4
