Muthu v. The Divisional Manager

CMP.No.458 of 2022 in CMA.No.1128 of 2021 M.DHANDAPANI, J.

This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner/first respondent to withdraw 50% of amount deposited by the appellant/second respondent along with interest to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.104 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Tirupattur, pending disposal of the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly this petition is allowed.
