This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet in Crime No.643 of 2004.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.643 of 2004 was completed and the same was closed as mistake of fact long back and that the papers are not available in the Police Station, as it was more than 12 years.

4. Hence, no positive direction can be given as prayed for by the petitioner. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
