It is unfortunate that despite two orders passed by Division Benches of this Court, one dated 17.04.2017 in OSA.No.95 of 2017 and the other dated 18.06.2018 in OSA.No.29 of 2018, once again the 3rd defendant has filed this application for permitting the applicant to mark the documents as secondary evidence.
