Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation dated 29.09.2020 to conduct an enquiry as to how the assessment order was issued in favour of Dr.Subbasomu and Sivasubramanian and cancel the order dated 03.01.2020 bearing No.08-106-10521 as well assessment ID of Iqbal 08-106-02521-000 and ensure corrective actions.

2. Though the notice has been issued to the respondents 3 and 4 namely, Subbasomu and Sivasubramanian and their names have been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondents 3 and 4 either in person or through counsel.

3. Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned counsel for the Corporation would submit that both the parties are having the same documents and claiming ownership of the property therefore, the official respondent is not in a position to pass any order and any order can be passed only after verifying the documents.

4. Considering the limited releif sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Corporation to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
