CRIME NO.838 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they should appear before the respondent police once in every Month till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter on every hearing date in Crl.M.P.No.10217 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2737 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.JEYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10217 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2737 of 2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
