ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order, allowing the application filed by the respondent, seeking to amend the plaint.
2. Even though the petitioner has challenged the impugned order, the learned counsel for the respondent would now submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a
time frame to be fixed by this Court. The suit is of the year 2018 and is a partition suit.
3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial court to dispose of the suit O.S.No.18 of 2018 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. After giving due consideration to the year of the suit and the present status of the suit, this Court directs the Trial Court, namely, the Sub Court, Tittakudi, to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.18 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
