Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.925/2009/sa.u.thi 2 dated 05.05.2010 and in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.493/2010/Sa.u.thi.2 dated 23.03.2011 which was served on the petitioner on 16.02.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st & 2nd respondents to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer in Thaazhvallam Aadhi Thiradivar Primary School Noon Meal Center, Pethanayakan Palayam Panchayat Union, Aathur Talu, Salem District or in any other place.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.925/2009/sa.u.thi 2 dated 05.05.2010 and in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.493/2010/Sa.u.thi.2 dated 23.03.2011 which was served on the petitioner on 16.02.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st & 2nd respondents to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer in Thaazhvallam Aadhi Thiradivar Primary School Noon Meal Center, Pethanayakan Palayam Panchayat Union, Aathur Talu, Salem District or in any other place.

Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.K.Surendran, learned Additional Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was already appointed as a Noon Meal Organizer through proceeding No.1301/12/2012 dated 25.09.2012 and the copy of the same is placed before this Court and the same is duly served on learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4
