This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.123 of 2013. 2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the F.I.R in Crime No.123 of 2013 dated 01.03.2013 has been assigned as S.T.C.No.82 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram and the same was referred to Lok-Adalath and closed under Section 258 of Cr.P.C on 09.12.2017.

3.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is Dismissed.
