main writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. All these writ petitions are filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent/Appellate Authority to dispose the appeals filed in CTA Nos.22 of 2013, 24 of 2013, 25 of 2013, 20 of 2013, 23 of 2013 and 21 of 2013 respectively.

3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that even though such appeals were filed as early as in the year 2013, the same have not been disposed of so far.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent/Appellate Tribunal is now functioning and therefore, the appeals will be taken up and decided within the time frame fixed by this Court.

5. Accordingly, without expressing any view on the merits of the appeals filed by the petitioner, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the above appeals filed by the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
