2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 21.03.2024. Even today (21.03.2024), inspite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
