This petition is filed to amend the satisfaction Court to Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam from Judicial Magistrate, Belukurichi in the above Crl.O.P.

2. It is stated that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24098 of 2023 vide order dated 09.11.2023. In the affidavit of the petitioner, he has mentioned the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate, Belukurichi and the same was carried out in the order copy, whereas the correct one is learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam, due to which the petitioner is unable to surrender and produce solvent sureties. Hence this petition.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to issue the fresh order copy with the correct judicial Magistrate Court.

4. In view of the above amendment the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned court to execute sureties is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stands dismissed. 01.02.2024 smn
