This matter is listed today under the caption " for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in paragraph No.7 of the order passed in W.P.No.1740 of 2025, dated 27.01.2025, the security deposit amount was wrongly mentioned as Rs.1.30,000/- instead of Rs.10,00,000/-.

Inview of the above, Registry is directed to correct the amount and issue fresh order copy by mentioning the security deposit amount as Rs.10,00,000/- in line three of paragraph No.7.

In other respects, the earlier order dated 27.01.2025 passed in W.P.No.1740 of 2025 shall stand unaltered.
