2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant/third defendant and the learned counsel for the proposed respondents 4 to 8.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that while A.No.6078 of 2018 was pending, the first respondent/plaintiff died on 16.01.2019 leaving behind the legal representatives who are proposed to be impleaded as respondents 4 to 8. in A.No.6078 of 2018. Therefore, he submits that this application is liable to be allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the proposed respondents 4 to 8 does not have any objection to this application being allowed. 1 / 2

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and respondents 4 to 8 herein are brought on record as respondents 4 to 8 in A.No.6078 of 2018.

6. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out the necessary amendment on or before 17.02.2020. List the case on 17.02.2020.
