The learned counsel for the first respondent in Second Appeal 1478/2000 is present.

2. There is no representation for the appellants in all the above cases for the last two hearings. Hence, the matter is posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation for the appellants, and hence, the matter is passed over. Again, when the matter is called at 1.00 P.M today, none appeared on behalf of the appellants.
