P.VELMURUGAN. J, AT C O M M O N O R D E R The relief sought for in this petition is to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 08.02.2018 passed in I.A.Nos.70, 71 & 72 of 2018 respectively in O.S.123 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
