This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 205 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the judgment in Crl.M.P.No.1039 of 2021, dated 05.04.2021 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 205 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the petition is allowed.
