O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR No.1121 of 2011 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, B-9 Saravanampatti Police Station, Coimbatore - 641 018, and to quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a closure report has also been filed before Judicial Magistrate No.2, Coimbatore. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
