ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 406, 417 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order in the Website.
