The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 122 days for filing revision petition against the order in Crl.M.P.No.887 of 2023 in C.C.No.2033 of 2022 dated 3.6.2023 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate No.XVII, Saidapet, Chennai.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.Arivazhagan appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 have no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
