This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to challenging the order passed in Crl.R.P.No.35 of 2014, dated 11.03.2015 by the learned Prinicpal District Judge, Villupuram confirming the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.11123 of 2014 by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet, dated 11.04.2014, thereby directing the petitioner to produce the property before the trial Court within a period of 10 days.

2. Since it is stated that, the property has already been produced before the trial Court, this petition is devoid of merits and as such, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer sought for by the petitioner.
