O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of the patta in his name pursuant to the orders passed by the 3rd respondent dated 30.08.2024 cancelling the patta which was earlier standing in the name of the persons mentioned in the said cancelled patta.

3.It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, that no appeal has been filed against the order dated 30.08.2024 passed by the 3rd respondent. In view of the same, the order dated 30.08.2024, according to the petitioner, has now attained finality. Under those circumstances, the petitioner seeks for issuance of patta in his name for the property which is subject matter of the order dated 30.08.2024 passed by the 3rd respondent. The petitioner had given a representation to the respondents on 22.09.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name along with supporting

documents. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 5.For the forgoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to pass a final order on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition after giving due consideration to the patta cancellation order dated 30.08.2024 passed by the 3rd respondent and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
