The contempt application is filed against the order passed by this Court on 22.08.2016, in W.P.No.29125 of 2016. The learned

dna counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the case of the writ petitioner was considered and order of rejection was issued in proceedings dated 29.11.2016 and 24.03.2017. The case of the writ petitioner was considered on merits. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner opposed by stating that there is a total non-application of mind on the part of respondents, while implementing the order.

2. However, this Court cannot go into the arguments on merits advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and it is for the petitioner to workout her, remedy in the manner known to law. Thus, no further adjudication in this contempt application is required accordingly, the contempt application stands closed. However, no order as to costs.
