794/2005 and (ii)To pass an order of direction, directing the respondent to deposit into court Rs.40,000/- being the petitioner's estimate of the annual sale proceeds of the cashew crops standing in 0.53 cents of land purchased by the petitioner under Ex.B.2 in the suit property, (IN CMP.NO.780/2008) pending disposal of the above S.A.No.794 of 2005.
