Hence, his L.Rs are not recorded and shown in the cause title in this S.A) PRAYER: The Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 17.03.1999 made in A.S.No.108 of 1998 and A.S.No.107 of 1998 on the file of the Court of Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 05.08.1998 made in O.S.No.754 of 1991 and O.S.No.474 of 1995 on the file of the Court of the Additional District Munsif, Bhavani.
