J U D G M E N T

The learned Counsel for the appellants is present and he reported that all the appellants are dead and there are no instructions from her clients. Hence, she prays that the second appeal may be dismissed as abated.

2.In the light of the above position, inasmuch as the appellants had died, there is no purpose in keeping the second appeal further pending.
