Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.12.2017 and to pass appropriate orders for relaxation of the qualification relating to Teaching Experience prescribing G.O.Ms.No.133, School Education Department, dated 14.6.2007, as amended, by invoking Rule 48 of Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules based on the order of permission to participate in the selection already issued by the first respondent in Letter No.3537/U2/2008-8 dated 15.11.2011 for the post of Senior Lecturer, based on merit in selection.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to seek appropriate clarification from the Division Bench and the learned counsel has also made an endorsement to the said effect. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
