Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to issue orders, approving the appointment of the petitioner, Sr.A.Vinnarasi, working as B.T.Assist (Social Science) in the 5th respondent Rosary Girls' High School, Suthandirapuram, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District - 641 301 with effect from 12.06.2023 and release salary, with all service and monetary benefits. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to approve the appointment of the petitioner working as B.T.Assistant (Social Science) in the fifth respondent School with effect from 12.06.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner was appointed as B.T.Assistant (Social Science) in the fifth respondent School from 18.05.2023 in the vacancy arising out of the retirement of one Sr.Anthoniammal on 31.01.2023. It is a regular sanctioned
post with grant-in-aid from the Government. Accordingly, the petitioner had joined the said post with effect from 12.06.2023. Thereafter, the fifth respondent had sent a proposal to appoint the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant (Social Science) for approval on 15.09.2023 before the fourth respondent. Till date the appointment of the petitioner was not approved by the fourth respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third and fourth respondents are directed to consider the proposal sent by the fifth respondent School for approval of the appointment of the petitioner in the post of B.T.Assistant (Social Science), within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
