CRIME NO.294/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in 15 days i.e., on every first and third Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial court on each and every date of hearing imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7434/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.271/2021 dated 04.08.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.THIRUGNANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7434 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.271 of 2021 on 04.08.2021.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
