Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of appearing before the trial Court once in two months on the first working day of the particular month at 10.30 a.m. imposed on her in Crl.M.P.No.14434/2018 dated 31.10.2018 in Crl.Appeal No.94/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.K.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14434 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.94 of 2018 dated 31.10.2018.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14434 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.94 of 2018 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Judge, Special Court for Trial Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act), Salem once in a year on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
