Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.147 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by

the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instructions submitted that as on date, the petitioners are not arrayed as accused in this case, however, their presence is required for the purpose of investigation.
