Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.Not Known of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint, petition enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.578 of 2024 and the same has been closed and as on today, no case is pending against the petitioner.
