This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.04.2021 in W.M.P.No.11391 of 2021 in W.P.No.10756 of 2021 by the respondents.

This Court, by order dated 30.04.2021 in W.M.P.No.11391 of 2021 in W.P.No.10756 of 2021, passed an order of interim direction to the first respondent herein to disburse the amount whenever available toward backwages and other terminal benefits due to the petitioner withholding the disputed sum of Rs.2,04.270/- within a period of four weeks from today.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. 2/4

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of the Court is complied with and the back wages and other terminal benefits due to the petitioner are paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the receipt of the payment of the same.

In view of the same, in my considered opinion, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
