This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondent to register the case against the said accused on her compliant, dated 05.04.2014 and investigate the same according to law.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 05.04.2014 was treated as petition and enquiry is yet to be completed.

4. On the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to peruse the contents of the compliant of the petitioner, dated 05.04.2014 and if any cognizable offence is made out, further, directed to register the case and proceed further, as per law.
