This petition is filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, praying to grant an interim stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.55 of 1992 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur pursuant to the Judgment and Decree in A.S.No.111 of 1992 on the file of the Sub Court, Ariyalur pending disposal of the above Second Appeal.

Even notice was not ordered in this petition. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been pending since 2003 without any progress. This Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending any further.
