ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.U.Kathiravan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 7.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the eighth respondent has encroached the Government land.

3. The petitioner may file an application before the appropriate Committee constituted under G.O.Ms.No.64 dated 08.02.2022. If the petitioner files such application with the appropriate Committee, the Committee shall consider the said application on its own merits, of course, after adhering to the principles of natural justice.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
