ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the P.R.C.No.3 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vandavasi, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents police, on instructions, submitted that there was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

some property dispute arose between the petitioner and the third respondent, after perusing the records, the petitioner/accused was acquitted by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vandavasi, Tiruvannamalai District, in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2018, dated 04.02.2021, therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
